Description

Rebar

  • Tensile Test: Measures the yield strength, ultimate tensile strength, and elongation of the rebar.
  • Bend & Rebending Test: Assesses the ductility and ability of the rebar to withstand bending without cracking.

Steel Fabric

  • Tensile Test: Evaluates the tensile strength and elongation of the welded wires.
  • Weld Shear Test: Determines the strength of the welds at the intersections of the wires.
  • Dimension Check: Verifies the wire diameters and spacing against design specifications.

Mechanical Coupler

  • Tensile Test: Ensures the coupler can transfer the required loads between connected rebars.
  • Slip Test: Measures the amount of slip between the rebar and coupler under load.

PC Strands

  • Tensile Test: Measures the tensile strength, elongation, and modulus of elasticity of the strands.
